God created the heavens and the earth in the beginning... The ownership of the end of all things resides with Him as well. He is the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last. In Him is the way (even to all perfect gifts), the truth (that sets everyone free) and the life (eternal - desirable for all). Hence, once the yoke is broken and taken away from your neck, the three-fold blessing in God (of knowing the way, the truth and attaining the life) accrues to you through the Lord Jesus Christ - the ONLY mediator between God and mankind (1 Timothy 2:5).
