Why would anyone choose to crouch under unnecessary heavy yoke? The yoke could be anything to different people: from addiction to sexual immorality, from debt to demonic attacks, from irritable hanger to malice, from looting of public treasury to armed robbery, murder, sin in all its ramifications. Whatever it is the yoke/burden that is weighing excruciatingly on you, the Burden Bearer - Jesus Christ is ever willing to take away the burden.
In Matthews 11:28 - 30, Jesus said "Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.
I encourage you to trade your excruciating yoke for His easy and light burden by submitting to the Lordship of Jesus Christ in your life by genuinely saying the below simple prayer of salvation:
"Almighty God in heaven, I know I have been running with the devil and I have allowed his influence in my life by my own choice. I carry about me the yoke of the devil with many insidious mindsets upon it. I do not want to live like this any longer. I pray to be cleansed of this horrible, dirty life today. Lord Jesus, I believe you went to the cross for my sins. I believe you rose from the grave for my justification. I believe by receiving you into my heart today I will be saved from my sins, receive eternal life and become a new creature, filled with the Holy Spirit forever more and have my name written in your book of life. Lord Jesus, I ask that you come into my life now as my Lord and Saviour. I thank you and praise you for saving my soul, in Jesus name. Amen."
I decree that every heavy burden under which you currently groan be rolled away in Jesus name. Go and have testimonies to the glory of God, Jesus name. Amen!
